Your new company
Our client is Australia's largest coal producer and exporter with several mine sites located across the Bowen Basin in Queensland. This company currently has an opportunity available for an Experienced Serviceperson to commence a role immediately on a 7/7 Day & Night Roster.
Your new role
The Client is seeking an Experienced Serviceperson with experience and skills in a similar role. This position is an immediate start on a coal mine site located in the Bowen Basin.
This role will see you performing daily service person duties including but not limited to:
- Daily servicing / refuelling of mine site equipment (Hydraulic excavators, Dozers, Pumps, Generators etc)
- Assist in lube services when required
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping for service trucks and associated equipment
- Communicate equipment health issues
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to safety, have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
As well as holding previous or current experience as a Serviceperson, you also must have a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11; or willing to obtain.
It is highly regarded that you have a Mechanical Trade or background as well as having SAP / Fiori experience. It is also desirable that you have previous service truck operation experience and have mine site experience.

You will be paid super for all hours worked on site and there is also an opportunity to receive a Temp Worker Recognition Bonus after 6 months of continuous work.
