We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for a unique opportunity at a Mine Site in outback South Australia.

The qualifications/certifications required include:

• Trade background
• Current SA Electrical licence
• Experience in supervising the execution of site projects in either mining or heavy industrial or major infrastructure industries
• Previous experience working in an underground environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in construction management (including engagement and management of consultants)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Previous experience leading a team through change with proven ability to coach and receive feedback
• Exposure in identifying risk and finding outcomes
• Effective analysis and decision making abilities

Core Accountabilities include:

• Supervising the execution of field modifications and small projects
• Ensuring modifications & small projects are adhered to relevant processes, standards and performance targets for HSE, cost, quality & schedule
• Supervising safe execution of construction and commissioning activities for modifications and operations projects
• Ensurinh all project execution works are being completed in line with the necessary safety standards, processes and requirements
• Performing regular evaluations of risk and field verification of critical controls relevant to these activites
• Ensuring compliance of the Modifications and Small Projects team in relation to business requirements, legislation and other external standards
