Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services division (M&IS) delivers maintenance, shutdown and minor capital works projects through long term maintenance contracts within the oil and gas sector. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure optimal plant productivity, integrating with customer systems to develop and execute maintenance work. Our M&IS division scopes, plans and executes maintenance activities through a combination of core personnel managed by Monadelphous and seconded labour embedded into our customers' maintenance teams.
Our M&IS Oil & Gas division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world class offshore assets. Due to continued growth, we are seeking applications from high-calibre candidates to fill the position of Project Engineer within our team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide engineering/ technical advice to project staff and answer any queries from client representatives regarding general and technical engineering issues.
- Develop cost effective engineering solutions for the project and raise technical queries as required.
- Assist with planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project
- Assemble and maintain project documents and quality records ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Provide Customers with detailed reporting
In addition to this the successful candidate will possess:
- A Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related area).
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience translating detailed engineering drawings for purposes of tendering, resourcing, project scheduling and risk identification
- Experience developing project schedules, budgets and work-packs
