We are seeking applications from highly motivated, skilled and safety focused Contract Administrator at Goonyella Riverside mine, Monday to Friday for a 6 month contract.  Candidates residing in Moranbah would be preferable.
 
To be successful in obtaining a position, it is essential you that you provide evidence of the following:
 

  • Current S11/BMA (SOA)
  • Current Coal Board Medical (Section 4)
 
Administration work shall include, but not be limited to, the supply of an administration assistant to carry out:
  • statutory reporting;
  • minute taking;
  • compile daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  • update asset register;
  • management of accommodation;
  • expediting claims on a weekly basis.
  • Competent in BMA SAP system.
  • Maintain and provide a safe working environment.
     
Additional skills and qualifications will be highly regarded.
