PIMS Group are a leading provider of Mining, Maintenance and Technical Services to the coal industry in Queensland and NSW. We are now recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator who is highly motivated and has a strong commitment to safety and working in a team environment.
You will need to have the ability to work closely with our client on site to build strong relations and ensure strict adherence to site safety, site operating procedures and site regulations
This role will be Monday to Friday and based near Tieri.
Desired Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Surface Operators
- Current Qld Coal Board Medical
- Current Qld Standard 11
- Current Drivers Licence
- Site Competency Printout
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
- Experience in SWMS, audits, inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and safety systems
- Scenario Advantage experience desired
- The ability to work of your own initiative
- To be able to work efficiently within a team
