National Pump & Energy (NPE) is a leader in the provision of pump, power and compressed air equipment and services.
With a team of highly experienced industry professionals, we have a strong focus on understanding our customers' equipment rental requirements and delivering solutions that work. We have tailored our extensive rental fleet and specialist capabilities to provide effective and reliable pumping, power generation and compressed air solutions for any application or industry. Basically, when it comes to pumps, power generation and compressed air, there is nothing that we can't do.

The primary responsibilities for our Branch Managers are to manage the overall operation and be a key contributor to drive business development and branch revenue.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote a strong safety first and team culture
- Lead and mentor all branch team members to be highly productive and deliver the highest level of service
- Effectively manage and deliver on budgets, P&L and KPI's
- Deliver a high level of interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) to team members and the ability to develop & maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Deliver a high level of customer service in a busy environment
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable operational and sales management experience
- Demonstrable advanced people management experience
- Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills to a high level
- Exposure to, or experience in rental industry or the ability to demonstrate how you would adapt your experience to this industry
- Demonstrable knowledge of pumps, compressors, generators & associated equipment
- Demonstrable sound commercial acumen
- Current C-Class Driver's License (essential)
- Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical or Fabrication) would be desirable
A competitive salary package based on experience, including a company vehicle and other benefits form the remuneration package for the successful candidate.
