We now have exciting opportunities for Leading Hand Scaffolders to join the Shutdown Maintenance Team and work across our 30+ sites throughout Australia.

• 2nd August - 10th August
• 13th August - 29th August
• 15th August - 24th August
• 17th August - 26th August
• 23rd August - 9th September
• 30th August - 6th September
• 9th September - 19th September
• 10th September - 15th September
• 15th September - 25th September
• 23rd September - 1st October
• 25th September - 4th October
• 3rd October - 14th October

This opportunity is offered on a casual contract with high volume and ongoing shutdown work available.

The recruitment process for this role will be conducted with an interview, Pilbara Access funded drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical which will be completed prior to job offer. Once an employment agreement is signed, you will be invited to complete Pilbara Access funded industry based training and inductions (valued at $1500+) and will receive your first work allocations.

What you need to join our company!

• A willing, determined and committed attitude to safety;
• Australian High Risk Work Card- Advanced Scaffolding;
• Proven work history leading a team of Scaffolders;
• Ability to read and interpret Gantt charts:
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets- or willing to obtain;
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and ongoing Drug and Alcohol Testing;
• National Police Clearance that has been obtained in the last 6 months and
• A Construction Card.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Lead and mentor your crew members;
• Set a high standard of performance and take accountability or monitoring and completion of tasks within the required quality, time and cost structure
• Always work in a safe, efficient and diligent manner;
• Comply with Australian and New Zealand Standards and
• Participate in Tool Box and End of Shift review Meetings.
