Hampton Mining & Civil is now seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join their team. These are mine site based positions, reporting to the Project Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hard rock gold mining
- Clear understanding of Mines Safety Regulations and Act
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment
- Sound knowledge and experience in operating mobile mining equipment
- Advanced people management skills
- Ability to direct, mentor and coach team members
- Ability to read an interpret mine plans and allocate tasks
- Certificate in Frontline Management (desirable)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Successful candidates will have to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and produce a current National Police Clearance.
