We offer a diverse range of services to our Clients throughout Australia in the transport and mining sectors, and we undertake all our work from small jobs to large operations with the same dedication to excellence and reliability.

Hampton Mining & Civil is now seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join their team. These are mine site based positions, reporting to the Project Manager. 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hard rock gold mining
  • Clear understanding of Mines Safety Regulations and Act
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment
  • Sound knowledge and experience in operating mobile mining equipment
  • Advanced people management skills
  • Ability to direct, mentor and coach team members
  • Ability to read an interpret mine plans and allocate tasks
  • Certificate in Frontline Management (desirable)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Successful candidates will have to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and produce a current National Police Clearance.
