Role

• Manage the service section activities enabling effective and efficient supply technical services internally and externally
• Diagnose customer, & staff machine issues over the phone
• Allocate field service work within set time frames
• Field Service Vehicle & tooling maintenance
• Warranty procedures and information is adhered to at all times

Experience Needed

• Trade certificate in Earthmoving and Industrial or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics – minimum 5 years
• Fantastic communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills at a variety of levels
• Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills and use of a maintenance software
• Expressed knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic systems, fault diagnostics and associated software

Salary

• Base $90,000
• Super
• Company Car
