We are currently seeking Rail Workers, Mobile Plant Operators, Hi Rail Excavator Operators, Flash Butt Welders, Aluminothermic Welders and Tradesmen to work on site in Western Australia's Pilbara region on a 2 & 1 FIFO Roster from Perth.
We have vacancies in the following Positions:
Tradesmen:
- Electrical or Mechanical Trade Qualification,
- HR Drivers Licence,
- Crane and Dogman Tickets.
Flash Butt Welders
- Previous experience as a Flash Butt Welder
Aluminothermic Welders
- Previous experience as an A T Welder
Mobile Plant Operators
- Tickets and experience in operating Excavators, Loaders and Cranes,
- HR Drivers Licence,
- C2 Crane and Dogman Tickets,
- Hi Rail Excavator and Front End Loader Operators.
Hi Rail Excavator Operators
- Excavator Ticket and VOC preferable,
- Previous experience operating Hi Rail Plant.
Track Workers
- Assisting with track maintenance, general labouring and upkeep of Rail infrastructure,
- Be keen, reliable and able to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role that required physical labour is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- The safe operation and maintenance of mobile plant, equipment and company vehicles,
- Use of power tools and hand tools,
- A good knowledge of WH&S
- Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures and instruction
Job Requirements
- Hold a current White/Blue Card,
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence,
- High Risk Work Licence is desirable (LF, C2, DG, etc.),
- Be able to satisfy the requirements of a CAT 1 Rail Safety Medical,
- A drug and alcohol screen is also mandatory before starting and can be requested at any time whilst on site,
