HCA has an opportunity for an experienced Site Representative to join our team, working an 8/6 roster (or equivalent) at Roy Hill.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the important link between the customer and the company to ensure a high level of technical product support
• Ensuring compliance with company's Environmental Policy and WHS requirements
• Promote Hitachi parts and service by identifying additional service work required onsite
• Ensuring all work carried out is done as per quality procedures so that rework on jobs is kept to a minimum
• All parts receipted for warranty work to be tagged and returned to the supporting branch
• All service reports and technical information to be submitted within the required timeframe

To be successful in this role:

• Relevant High Voltage / Heavy Diesel trade qualifications
• Excellent technical knowledge of Hitachi mining equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
• Computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• To be versatile, hands on and able to perform other related duties as required
• Have a strong safety focus and abide by company and site safety processes
