About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Analysis & Improvement Officer for an immediate start within the Brisbane CBD. This position will be for 3 months in duration, Competitive rates available dependent upon skills and experience.
Within this position you will actively contribute to Specialist Analysis and Improvement in the IROC+ A&I Process Control team. The process control team monitors the end to end supply chain performance, facilitates PPS activities and investigations and supports embedding operational discipline through coaching and feedback to line leaders. This role is to specifically cover the Mine Control function in IROC
Duties will include:
- Managing the adoption and integration of centralised processes with key site stakeholders (current on-going project
- Carrying out Mine Control truck and shovel investigations using the established tools and processes
- Providing coaching and support for the established lean boards
Qualifications:
- Mining experience - working as a consultant or for a mining company in the production mining space
- Business/Process Improvement Experience
- Truck & Shovel Mining Experience
