ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Seeking an experienced, digits-focused Accounts manager to work full time hours in a fast paced, rapidly growing global business. You will be working closely in a cross functional, hardworking and positive Team.  Only the most motivated individuals who are committed to delivery extraordinary customer outcomes need apply.  

Ideal candidate will have:

• ability to manage the key client day-to-day activities
• proven track record in managing and developing key hardware accounts 
• proven sales track record
• 3-5 years account managers experience in the mining or engineering sector, preferably in rubber industry
• ability to negotiate and deliver high quality customer service
• computer literacy and innovative knowledge of market demands
• skills to ensure that all key deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets
• ability to organise new business development and expansion of existing services with the allocated accounts
• a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• outstanding rapport building skills
• excellent time management skills
• a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

You will be responsible for:

• customer retention and improving customer satisfaction among our clients
• brining on new accounts
• promoting our brands and products to the whole of Australia
• adding customer value by acting as business consultant to customers’ key management
• maintaining accurate and up to date client information
