Workforce Development Advisor
The Workforce Development Advisor role is primarily focused on Training and Development initiatives and projects that promote career development and improvement for employees across all areas of Fortescue.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Designing, developing and implementation of comprehensive training material that aligns with Fortescue’s strategic workforce development strategy and training standards
• Technical writing and training design
• Establishing strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to scope and deliver learning outcomes that enhance the capability of an increasingly diversified workforce
• Facilitating training material reviews and making recommendations for improvement
Qualifications and skills required:
• Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Training Design and Development, Marketing or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a Training or Workforce Development role or similar
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training material or training programs
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to resolve challenges and issues
• High level of organisational, administrative and project management skills
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
