Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. The roles will suit someone with a background in minerals and processing to undertake the role effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver each project according to contractual requirements by managing the scope of work, quality, budget, schedule, resources and risks
- Maintain accurate project reports by tracking actual deliverables against planned deliverables
- Determine the resource requirements for each project and secure required resources by communicating with other Ausenco departments
- Support and mentor project team members by assisting with the resolution of project issues; clarifying their role, responsibilities, and accountabilities
- Contribute to the ongoing
- Maintain high quality processes by complying with all Ausenco’s corporate policies and procedures development of the Project Management Framework to deliver best practice solutions
- Establish a safe work environment by encouraging all project team members and other stakeholders to adopt safe work practices
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Previous site experience in mineral and processing projects
- Strong, clear written and technical skills
- Capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
- Willingness to travel
