Maintenance Systems Specialist
Key accountabilities will include:
To ensure our computerized maintenance systems are performing as per the Work Management Processes, by continually monitoring, reviewing and improving our processes. By assisting in the development of Asset Management systems and other operational systems as they interact with Maintenance Systems.
To maintain the Maintenance Master Data Standard and ensure it is consistently implemented across all areas of the Fortescue business.
- SAP Plant Maintenance Business Process Expert
- Coach personnel required to implement the FMG computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Develop and maintain a key user group of senior site representatives to maintain the CMMS standards
- Change Owner SAP Plant Maintenance
- Security Owner SAP Plant Maintenance
- Maintenance Master Data Standard Owner
- Maintain and Improve CMMS standards
- Continuous improvement with CMMS systems identify gaps and provide solutions
Qualifications and skills required:
- Trade qualified (minimum)
- Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance
- SAP
- SEAL Systems
- UXC Oxygen
- ASG – Evora IT
- 5 to 7 years’ On-the-job SAP experience
- Operations Business Process
- Maintenance Business Process
- SAP Plant Maintenance
- SAP Persona
- SAP Materials Management
- Process Development
- SAP System Testing
- SAP Implementations (including projects)
- Strong people engagement skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, in particular with frontline management
