Business, Solar and Energy solutions, are responsible for the management of Transfers, Billing and Sales Fulfilment Management across contestable sites as well as minimising revenue leakage across the entire Business, Solar and Energy Solutions. This includes ensuring Transfer on time, billing accuracy, timeliness, quality and managing productivity of related metering co-ordinators, metering providers, data providers including third party BPO teams. Also, ensuring we tightly manage our network charges as well as ensuring the smooth delivery of communications via multiple channels to our customers.
We are looking for a Metering Compliance & Performance Analyst, reporting to the Performance Lead - Order Management.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring Origin's compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to the provision of Remotely Read Interval Metering (RRIM) installations under the National Electricity Rules (NERs), national metrology procedures and jurisdictional metering codes
- Management of Meter Compliance related issues - developing and executing plan(s) that will allow proactive management of escalated issues that relate to Transfer, New Connection, Meter Data, Embedded Network scenarios & market participants across C&I and Solar customers but not restricted to
- Reviewing Meter Compliance Audit reports sent via AEMO to ensure that Origin is compliant
- Providing support in expert advice, technical metering advice, market advice, metrology compliance and training to relevant internal stakeholders with regards to Meter Compliance throughout Origin
- Establishing service level agreements with providers of metering and data services, including negotiation of the purchase of these services as appropriate
- Managing and overseeing the relationship with External Service Providers and Stakeholders to minimise impact to billing & delivery of metering data, and meeting SLA's for metering installations
