Roy Hill’s independently owned and operated railway is a 344km standard gauge, single line, heavy haul railway built to transport 55Mtpa of iron ore from the Roy Hill Mine to the dedicated Port stockyard facility in Port Hedland. Utilising state-of-the-art train loading systems and the fastest rail car dumpers, the Rail division is a leading example of our innovation and technology investments. Roy Hill are seeking experienced a Maintainer Locomotive Mechanical. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing locomotives, track machines and non-process infrastructure.
‘The Real You’
As the ideal candidate, you will have will have extensive experience working in a Locomotive Maintenance environment. You will also have:
- A relevant Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate.
- A current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Forklift, EWP, Overhead Gantry Crane and Dogging licences.
- The flexibility to adapt in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate as part of a team.
