Hellyer Gold Mine subsidiary of NQ Minerals is recruiting a Supply Coordinator based on the North-West Coast. Hellyer Gold Mine will be a flagship project for NQ Minerals, with a forecast 10-year mine life. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark by managing the Supply Chain of Hellyer Gold Mine.

Industry growth and investment has created a unique opportunity to be part of an iconic refurbishment on the North-West Coast where you will oversee the ongoing management of the Supply Chain of an historic mine site.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Supply Coordinator will ensure appropriate contracting arrangements, logistic and warehousing of both mining consumables and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Safety and Risk management as it relates to both the warehouse and logistical chains.
- Lead the supplier sourcing and selection process of Reagents, consumables and services, in line with the business’ requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of supplier agreements on behalf of the business.
- Facilitate effective business relationships with suppliers as well as customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the requirements of the business are met.
- Manage the inventory, warehousing and logistics activities to optimise budget requirements.
- Implement and follow the procurement policies and processes, ensuring compliance with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Strong understanding of Safety and Risk management as it relates to both the warehouse and logistical chains.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualified (business management and/or logistics advantageous), or equivalent experience. The candidate would have 5+ years experience in a similar role in mining, minerals and resources, or demonstrated success in an alternative industry.
- Ability to form strong working relationships in a complex project environment, with major suppliers and their supply chains.
