We have recently been awarded a 4 year contract with Heron Resources at the Woodlawn Project south of Goulburn NSW for full mine development and production.
We are now looking for experienced underground Shift Supervisors to join the Woodlawn project team. Employed on a full-time basis residential to Goulburn, NSW each role will work a 14/14 rotating roster with a an attractive salary available.
ABOUT YOU:
- Must have underground Shift Supervisory experience;
- Must hold a NSW Supervisors Practicing Certificate or equivalent qualification;
- Have an ability to motivate and lead your crew to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of project targets;
- Have a high level of communication skills to effectively conduct shift handovers, pre-start and toolbox meetings;
- Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements;
- Have intermediate computer skills.
