To be considered a successful candidate you will need:
- At least 3yrs experience in retail
- Understand the true essence of Customer Service and be able to drive that leading from the front of your team
- A keen eye for detail and spacial awareness
- Great organisation skills and an understanding of efficiency
- To be an amazing communicator both written and verbal
- Empathic and understanding and be ready to coach, mentor and motivate your team
- Understand Retail KPI's and how they effect your business
- To be driven by targets and understand how to achieve them
- Awareness and be monitoring loss prevention to minimise theft
