We are searching for a Store Manager who is genuinely ready to sink their teeth into a business that is performing at our Hurstville & Bankstown Boutique. We are after an individual who has PASSION for all things CLIENT, FASHION & STYING focused. Saying that at the same time the Manager we seek must still have a natural ability to create a COMPELLING SALES & CUSTOMER ENVIRONMENT along with warm and instinctive leadership skills.

• 60,000 package plus commissions 
• OTE $70,000

To be successful for this dream role you must possess the following:
 
• Flagship management experience is a must
• Strength in managing a team
• BE VERY VERY SALES FOCUSED
• Ability to style & wardrobe from head to toe
• Passion for building a profitable client data base
• Refreshing approach to leadership, development and training
• Adept financial analysis
