About the role:
Due to growth and the increase in upcoming development centres, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Integration Manger to join our Operations team for a 6 Month Fixed-Term basis.
The Integration Managers supports G8 in the field for all new acquisitions nationally. They are also responsible for operational and quality functions of our Greenfield and Brownfield centres through setting up and monitoring the centre management teams in the lead up to opening and the transition to operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and prepare for the full fitout of new Centres
- Coordinate and set up new centres and prepare for parent tours
- Work with the Operations team to recruit quality staff to work in the centre
- Build occupancy and assist the Centre Manager with hiring as occupancy grows
- Successfully onboard all new Cente Managers by taking them through an adequate induction process including all relevant policies and procedures
- Provide on floor coaching and additional training for Centre Managers and teams during the first initial weeks of operation
- Establish a high performance culture throughout the centre team, ensuring our core values are upheld to the highest standard
- Liaise with the Department of Education regarding licensing requirements and regulations
- Work with stakeholders at set up to create facilities and fit outs (including playgrounds) that meet relevant brand and regulation requirements
- Monitor Centre rostering, ensuring compliance with budget and legislation whilst providing the support required for each service.
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ years’ management / leadership experience, preferably within Education sector
- Management experience in related disciplines
- Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
- Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated P&L accountability
- Adaptability, flexibility and resilience, combined with the ability to positively respond to change
- Relevant Working with Children Clearance and Child Protection Qualification
- Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis for new centre openings
