I am currently seeking a  superior Store Manager to take the lead of their soon to open store at Carousel.  One of the three destinations set to open in the state this store is always in a constant state of buzz.  People come from miles around to check out the latest products and trends!
  
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in the following:

• Managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. 
• Providing excellent service to the customer by greeting, welcoming, fitting, and assisting them with finding items in their size and by offering the customer diverse and complimentary products to ensure they experience the full breadth of the product offerings, all while achieving performance and sales objectives.
• Training and motivating team members to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensures that sales plans are achieved
• Strong communication skills both written and verrbal
