With an established team of passionate, professional staff to lead & develop, you will be actively involved in the day to day operations & interactions across the centre ensuring sales targets & service standards are exceeded.
Skills & experience
• Previous Retail Management experience of 3+ years within a large format environment
• Strong Business Analytic skill set
• Team management, development & support of at least 20
• Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, where looking for a motivating leadership style
• Demonstrated skills in operations, time management ,self discipline and stock control
