This leading international retailer specializing in bringing the latest trends to Australia is looking for a key store manager to become part of their team. They are known for their quality products and brands and offer a customer experience which is second to none.

This large format high turnover environment requires a seasoned manager to drive the business, set the benchmark and lead the team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading and supporting a team of 15-20
Creating daily and weekly plans with key staff to ensure all areas of the store is running smoothly
Monitoring reports and KPI's to achieve targets
Stock control and management including working with the VM to ensure the store presentation is kept at a high standard.
Delivering a high levels of customer service
Analyse key areas of the business to ensure profitability
