We currently have a vacancy for a versatile person to fill the role of Service Delivery Admin Assistant for our Centralised Service Team in Rowville to undertake administration and service delivery and/or customer service duties. Your role will support our Retail and Manufacturing arms of our business.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers and our Fitting and Sales teams. Administration and Service Delivery tasks will involve order entry, appointment scheduling and coordinating the deliveries between the showrooms and warehouse. The role will be ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service standards, with a great phone and in person manner, who presents well, follows up on queries and willing to help out our store person in the Warehouse when required.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Advanced problem solving skills and be solution focused
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and "can-do" attitude
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to change readily and positively
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
