We are seeking talented, passionate and experienced Events Specialist to join our New South Wales Pharmacy Team on a permanent part time basis working 25 hrs per week. You will be working across our top Pharmacy doors, as well as at regional stores when required.
As an Events Specialist in our Pharmacy team, you will be a true ambassador for Lancôme. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Achieving retail individual targets and contributing productively to the achievement of the respective counter target and promotional targets
- Driving activities to attract new guests using the Lancôme customer recruitment guidelines
- Advising guests correctly and efficiently, using selling techniques of the brand
- Fostering strong working relationships within Lancôme and with internal/external stakeholders
- Representing and promoting the Company policies and objectives
- Sharing knowledge with the rest of the Lancôme team e.g. Product information
To be the successful candidate, you will be a driven, passionate and sales focused Events Specialist who demonstrates;
- Strong professional experience and qualifications within Beauty Therapy - makeup and skin care qualifications necessary
- Track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results; ideally within a retail environment
- A love of coaching and developing the artistic talents of a team of Beauty Advisors
- Polished personal presentation and strong communication skills to support the Lancôme standards of excellence and to service guests to the ultimate luxury experience
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and availability to work varied hours and work across multiple locations is essential.
