Florsheim are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate for our MACQUARIE CENTRE store. We are looking for a dynamic, sales-motivated, vibrant and flexible team member with a mature 'can-do!' attitude possessing a passion for customer service to join us for an immediate start! Must be available to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and be flexible as needed during busy trading periods or to cover for leave. The position we have available is approximately 12 hrs across Monday / Thursday evening & Fridays.
Florsheim has traditionally been known for Men's quality footwear for the discerning corporate customer.

CASUAL
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES
Approx 12 Hrs / Per Week
This opportunity would be ideally suited to an experienced Fashion retail professional who is energetic & motivated to drive sales with a mature and positive approach. We are looking for an experienced team member who excels at customer service and retail operations. Candidates should be capable of assisting with the various day-to-day tasks of our stores such as sales, customer liaison, banking, inventory integrity, stock work & visual merchandising. The successful candidate will be ready, willing and able to work as a part of the team and creating exceptional customer experiences as well as exceeding sales targets with high motivation!
The successful candidates will:
- Have enthusiastic customer-centric attitudes
- Have the ability to drive sales and work autonomously
- Be able to work retail nights and weekends regularly as needed
- Love to sell Fashion and promote high quality products and accessories in Men's and Women's
- Strive to achieve all Store and Company KPI's, Targets and Sales Goals.
- Thrive on operating within a Quality Retail environment
What are we looking for?
- You will have previous Retail Fashion experience
- You will be mature-minded, able to work autonomously and able to take initiative while working within Company Policies & Procedures
- You will be willing and available to work as needed within a shared set roster
- You will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- You will consistently provide exceptional customer service
- You will be 100% Reliable, Flexible, Punctual and Professionally Presented at all times
A good understanding of Men's and Women's Fashion and Footwear would be a definite advantage in securing this role but is not mandatory. What is essential however, is being able to fit in with your team and being 100% reliable and motivated to succeed!
