We are currently on the lookout for a new Store Manager to join our team at Burwood Shopping Centre! This position would suit someone who is keen to build their business, and whose customer is at the forefront of all that they do. Teamwork is extremely important to this individual, and the customer experience is a top priority. We want individuals who live and breathe going above and beyond, and deliver on the exceptional consumer experience for which Wittner is renowned.
What it's like to be a Store Manager at Wittner
- You passionately train, lead and coach your teams in all aspects of retail, sales, customer service and KPI achievement
- You plan and achieve budgeted sales through efficient and effective management of your team
- Effectively manage rosters including that of in-store salaries
- All aspects of stock control and inventory management
- Dynamic merchandising and store presentation

Desired skills and experience
- Previous store management experience is preferred
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets with a will to succeed
- A passion for training, developing and motivating your team; "a team player"
- Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
