A fantastic opportunity is now available to lead the WA store network and manage the rapid growth. Along with improving operational standards, this key leadership position will have a strong focus on opening new stores, team development and ensuring this business is the clear leader for customer service.
As State Manager of Retail Operations, you will be leading a team of high performers to drive revenue, sales and store profitability. Reporting directly into the General Manager, the successful person will be capable of achieving quick results and build on plans for sustainable expansion.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure sales and trading profit are achieved and exceeded
- Manage the strategic direction of the WA business
- Reduce total controllable costs and increase EBIT
- Build the capabilities of the team and develop strategies to retain top talent within the business
- Evaluate the store networks performance and identify opportunities to improve overall operational efficiencies
- Lead change and drive continuous improvement across all KPI metrics
- Develop action plans to improve customer service in stores
- Be aware of competitor trends and industry developments
You will:

- Have experience leading teams in a multi-site capacity or a single site Big Box leader
