About the role

This role is based in our Preston store and it is not your typical Office Manager position. We are incredibly passionate about providing exceptional customer service, however not everything goes right all the time, and as a result this role deals with resolving customer concerns. You will need to think outside the square to resolve problems and resilience is a must!

Leading a team of between 2 & 5 people, you will be charged with planning the workflow and fostering fun team environment. You will need to have availability across all seven days.


About you

To be successful in this role you will be a strong team player, you will have a passion for working with people and will love the interaction with customers. You will need to have good leadership skills and be able to coach and develop a team of people and deal with different personalities.

Effective communication skills are essential including strong listening skills to truly understand customer requirements and to be able to come up with solutions. This is a busy role and you will need to be strong in following processes and procedures.

You must have experience in a customer service industry and a strong background in administration is a must. A positive and can-do attitude is essential in this position.
