The key responsibility of the Store Manager in Training is to support the Store Manager to drive a sales oriented and profitable store. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- strong customer focus which ensures every customer has a fabulous experience
- strong business acumen and/or the ability to work to KPIs
- an inspiring and motivating communication style which drives the team to achieve the store's sales targets
- a very hands-on and "by example" leadership approach (you will have your own sales targets to exceed as well)
- passion and positivity, creating an awesome in-store vibe
