We are searching for a strong Store Manager who is able to take on the challenge of two sites in Belrose. Accountable for the success of both our Homemaker and Kids stores, this is role that will suit a dynamic leader who is able to immediately engage with a diverse team.

Your accountabilities will include:

• Delivering on customer service standards
• Aligning, leading, empowering and supporting team members, by providing direction, setting clear expectations, encouragement, and providing feedback and recognition
• Providing continuous training and development for team members in all aspects of business and operations
• Achieving budgeted sales, as well as other key performance indicators, across both sites
• Driving all operational standards, striving for best practice in: inventory management, data integrity, OH&S, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and retail administration

Working closely with the Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to really establish yourself in a role that will keep you constantly stimulated.
