The Role
We're seeking an engaging Retail Sales Manager to join this national retailer for their Sydney Stores, multiple opportunities at Caringbah Artarmon & Moore Park locations. In this role you will lead a team of 5-10 staff in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and achieving store targets. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the stores operation including:

• recruitment, training and ongoing development of your team
• sales skills training and product knowledge training
• managing store budgets, KPI's and Targets
• rosters
• merchandise standards
• safety
• reporting
• P&L management

Skills and experience

• Experience leading high performing retail sales teams
• Sales and customer service focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience driving KPI achievement
• Experience in developing and mentoring a team
