About The Role
Lead and inspire a passionate team to achieve and exceed sales targets at our client's store at Moonee Ponds. Drive the store operations including visual merchandising of product, stock control, roster management whilst ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a high performing successful team behind this desirable brand.
Skills & Experience:
- Management ideally within fashion if not retail management
- The ability to train and development your team
- A strong background in managing to KPI's
- The proven ability to exceed sales targets
- You will have experience in growing a database of customers
- Roster to budgets and ensure you control wage spend
- Understand the working of using P&L
- Work in a fast paced high demand role
- Understanding time management
- The ability to performance manage your staff and create accountability
- You will be a manager that is patient but determined
- You will be good at self assessing your business
- Clear and precise communication
