We are foucsed on finding an experienced Store Manager to guide this high performing sales team; instilling in them through your example - integrity, drive and the company customer service philosophy.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Store Manager you will:
• Offer exceptional customer service; providing an exceptional experience in store and beyond.
• Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
• Develop in depth product knowledge and foster this level of knowledge in your team.
• Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
• Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
• Be a brand ambassador for this label; embodying company culture and philosophy

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• A passion for fitness, sports and general well being
• Have proven previous Retail Store Management experience of 24mths min
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Have strong communications and relationship building skills
• Be energetic, positive and creative in going above and beyond in assisting customers
• Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
