Our newly renovated PRESTON STREET IGA's success is largely attributed to our excellent standard of customer service and the unique, fresh products we sell. We have operated the business for over 30 years with a core team of managers whom have worked together for the majority of that time. The supermarket currently employs close to 100 staff.
Our store has recently expanded by opening 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and therefore is seeking experienced Duty Managers. There are Night-shift and Day shifts required to be filled by the applicant.
The Duty Manager will be required to ensure they work closely with our store staff to produce and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction and store standards. .
You will possess an appetite for operational organisation,demonstrate excellent customer service and effectively lead staff to ensure the store functions efficiently and effectively. It is a hands on role where you will lead by example.
As part of cohesive team we would require you to be flexible in the hours and shifts you can work. Night-shifts to be worked by the Duty Manager will start in the evenings and finish early mornings routinely.

Previous experience working in a similar supermarket role is required.
