About the role
A fantastic opening has arisen with this leading International Food Franchiser with an existing high profile footprint and exciting and innovative growth plans The role will suit a driven and experienced Area or Operations Manager with a sound understanding of QSR, Food or Retail operations. You will be required to traverse a large NSW / ACT portfolio, providing support, guidance and leadership to the Franchise owners and operators, and be prepared to get your hands dirty with them as required. A generous vehicle allowance is included in the competitive salary package.
This is an autonomous role, reporting directly to the General Manager and with some exciting and progressive growth plans and concepts on the way.
About you
Your proven management experience in multi-outlet food service, FMCG or retail environments, along with your strong financial acumen, team training and development and exemplary sales skills will be necessary for success in this role. You will be passionate about the delivery of a quality fresh product, outstanding customer service experiences, and thrive on generating and encouraging the success of others and the growth of the business. A background in franchise operations will be highly advantageous, as will the ability to liaise with and work side by side with your teams.
