The Company

Our client’s Sydney team are currently recruiting for an exceptional Product Specialist to manage and be responsible for providing A Grade customer service and educate customers about our client’s brand in their new show room.

The Role
As a Product Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering product enhancements to the market
• Contribute to product workshops to improve knowledge continuously
• Educate and excite customers and provide a tailored experience

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Customer service experience required
• Passion for interacting and building rapport with customers
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the automotive industry
• Bilingual abilities are highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications preferred
