Bolton's is currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic person for our Retail Customer Service and Print Shop position, on a full-time basis, to deliver the best possible customer service in Ballarat. We are looking for someone who is friendly and positive, who has the confidence and experience to build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and making appropriate product recommendations.
Applicants will need:
- outstanding customer service skills,
- sales experience in a retail environment,
- a friendly, positive approach,
- excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- sound computer skills,
- The ability to multi-task in a busy environment essential.
- strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and service standards,
- knowledge of, or an interest in the Printing Industry.
- to be available Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday morning 10am – 1pm on a rotating basis,
- print shop or graphic design or graphic design software experience would be an advantage.
