The Brand:
This well-known and easily recognised large International Fashion Brand are now seeking a strong and well experienced Assistant Manager to join the team in Perth CBD and lead them to success. This brand of clothing can be worn for all occasions from AM to PM.
The Role:
As a flagship Assistant Manager, you will possess fashion apparel experience within a retail fashion management position. Are a hands-on leader who loves to coach and mentor a team in store! Leading by example, to bring out the best in your people whilst driving your team to meet weekly, monthly and yearly KPI's and Targets.
The Experience:
- 2 years + Management experience
- Passionate and be able to style your customer providing them with service excellence
- Strong fashion background with a flair for visual merchandising
- A consultative, coaching and supportive management style
- Passionate about training and developing
- Confidence in managing the daily paperwork for your business and high stock volumes.
- A genuine, down to earth and "walk the walk" attitude
- Experienced in maintaining & achieving sales targets, budgets and KPI's
