Customer Service Attendant

Required for Service Station in Warialda 

On the job training is provided,

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Customer service 
• Operation of a retail point of sale system,
• Store stock management and merchandising
• general house keeping duties 

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate 

• A commitment to customer service
• previous retail or hospitality experience in a similar environment or the ability to learn swiftly under direction.
• availability for a 7 day roster with public holidays, day, night work and weekend work requirements.  
• a high level of personal presentation and communication skills
• Good organisational  skills
• Motivated Team player, with an good work ethics

Desirable skills

• Product knowledge 
• food handling and hygiene,
• A great sense of humour and a positive disposition
• first aid

Essential criteria

• Honesty and integrity
• Reasonable level of fitness, some medium to heavy lifting from time to time
• Computer literate,
• Drivers licence,
• Police checks are Mandatory
