WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• A consultative retail background is a non negotiable, ideally from specialty retail environment
• Management and supervision experience for a team of at least 7
• We are looking for a leader, across sales, store standards, product knowledge and customer service
• Motivation and the ability to lead by example
• Communicate and delegate to your team smoothly and efficiently
• A willingness to learn - this company has a strong focus on their products and you will need to know all the Features, benefits and functions!
