What You Need:

5 years retail Store Management experience
A sound understanding of KPI's
Excellent business acumen and an ability to drive growth
Passionate about the retail industry and people development

As the Store Manager, you will need to be able to hit the ground running. With a strong understanding of how to train and develop people and lead a team to being passionate about product and results.
