CSG Talent have been engaged on an exciting,  opportunity with a premium, global suiting brand. Currently looking for a brand new store manager to run the Melbourne CBD boutique, our client delivers the highest quality product, customer service and consistently offer a true, genuine styling and tailoring shopping experience for all clientele.  

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership & accountability of the store. Run this store as if it were your own business!
• Spending time coaching and developing your team, motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential within the store.
• Drive your team to achieve KPIs and smash targets. 
• Delivering consistently high standards of customer service in accordance with the label's values and service standards. Looking for a true Brand Ambassador!
• Coordination and execution of all in-store & back of house retail management including, store turnovers, budgets, reporting etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years Management experience with a results-driven track record.
• Previous experience in Menswear. Tailoring & suiting experience highly regarded.
• Leadership skills - an approachable leader with ability to drive, coach and motivate your team to achieve the best results.
• Delivery of top notch customer service, going above & beyond always!
• Refined, polished and well presented.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Mandarin speaking is desirable but not essential.
