Due to internal promotions we currently have vacancies for a customer-orientated sales driven individual to join our Telstra stores in Moonee Ponds or Point Cook. These are permanent full-time positions.
The successful applicant(s) will be a sales gun possessing natural enthusiasm to succeed. They will be passionate about retail service and sales and committed to not only achieving but exceeding targets. Being computer savvy is a must!

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Making proactive contact with Telstra customers to assess their telecommunications needs and offer appropriate Telecommunications solutions.
- Achieving sales targets across a wide range of mobile and internet products.
- Face to face customer service and resolution of customer issues.
- Retail administration duties, including taking phone enquiries and ordering stock.

Experienced in the retail industry (minimum 2 yrs) and known for delivering exceptional sales and customer service results (would be beneficial but not essential)

Experienced working with a NATIONAL BRAND retailer or TELECOMMUNICATIONS experience would be a distinct advantage.

Applicants must be flexible and will be required to work retail hours including weekends and late night shopping trade. Weekend and late night trading penalty rates are provided.
