About The Role
As the Store Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in the new Toowoomba store. You must be a proactive leader and and be driven to create brand awareness within the Toowoomba region. You must be a sales driven leader and lead your teach to achieve their targets by coaching & developing their sales skills
Skills & Experience
- Sales / retail management
- Structured sales process
- Drivers license & car
- Performance management of a sales team
- Driven to achieve
- Success orientated and willing to do what is needed to get results
