About the role
We are looking for highly skilled Casual Sales Associates to launch this incredible brand into the market.
The successful candidate:
- Will provide every customer with a luxury customer service experience
- Consistently strives to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs
- Uses product knowledge to maximise and drive sales
- Engages, develops and maintains key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network
- Is an ambassador for the Mulberry brand and demonstrates passion in all aspects of their role
- Ensures VM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand
- Ensures housekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard
