As a member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing daily coaching, development and creating a positive culture of ownership within the selling floor team and peers. With the ability to thrive in an environment that is often demanding, our leaders must be confident, motivated individuals with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Full Time opportunity – 38 hours per week
- A Sales Manager at Myer is equivalent to that of a Department Manager
About the Role:
Reporting to the Retail Manager, this position efficiently manages the operational aspects of the business, and effectively empowers the team to deliver customer service experiences that drive profitable sales.
A Sales Manager inspires others by setting and clearly communicating strategy, to drive team members to achieve personal and team objectives.
About you:
- Management experience in a retail environment (5+ years’ experience essential)
- Experience leading a large team of 20+ staff (essential)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business outcomes
- Strong customer service skills
- Merchandising skills and experience
- Lateral problem solving skills
- Performance management experience
